Okay, I've never replaced a roof before. I diligently obtained three bids, and asked neighbors and friends for input. Green Built was my third bid and came in the lowest. However, it was the professionalism of the salesperson, Joe Marino that made me accept the bid! Plus, Carlos, the crew chief was on-top of it (no pun intended!) from beginning to end. Richard and Tim who came to inspect after installation (before final payment) went way above & beyond any expectations I had regarding service and installation. I 100% recommend Green Build not only for the great installation but for superior service throughout.

Green built exteriors provides excellent customer service and workmanship! Everyone is very professional and responsive, from the crew, to the installation manager, the project manager, and the owner. The owner would personally message me on updates. Their quality of work is exceptional and their pricing is extremely fair. Any questions or minor tweaks that I have, they would respond right away, and come out very quickly. The entire roof replacement experience is great, I was well informed each step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire process with Green Built was fabulous. Every step was transparent and if we had questions we were given immediate responses. The end product is a brand new roof and it looks great.

Nowadays it’s not easy to find a reliable and responsive company. I hired Green Built Exteriors LLC to replace my roof in January 2021 then I hired them again again for my rental house roof replacement two months ago. This company is honest, trustworthy.

I did a very intense search for a roofing company over a period of one month and I am glad I chose Green Built Exterior Roofing Company to replace my roof! Ray answered all my questions with a lot of patience because I had a lot of questions, he assured as me that he was available to answer any questions I might have, I learned a lot from him about what to look for when replacing a roof! The team on the ground endured and worked around snow, ice & rain replaced my roof within three days! They did a great job, I was even shown a video of how my new roof looked! Did I mention I got a huge end of year discount and other discounts here and there! A section of my front gutter was leaking and Ray made arrangements for it to be replaced at a reasonable price! This is the first time we have ever put a new roof on a house, so I was stressed and worried about the process. Fortunately, we chose Green Built and the roof job was nearly seamless. Green Built (thanks Carlos and team!) did a fabulous job very quickly working around challenging December weather to remove our very old cedar shake roof and put on a new composite roof. They did an amazing job of HARD work (very professional) and clean-up, made sure all the gutters and vents were secure and answered all my questions. Please call them first and save yourself a lot of hassle finding a good roofer!! We are very glad we found them.

The Company brought in a large container for dumping; with a crew. Then a new crew arrived with new plywood sheets for the eves. The rest of the home was shingled per our color choice; they did remove the skylights. When the crew was done, any residual yard waste was recovered and thrown out. Green Built Exteriors did a great job for our 27yr home. Thank you.

Green Built is a fantastic company for an affordable price. Their quote was much better than all of their competitors but with the same if not better quality roof. We had them install a new roof on our house in Puyallup. The installers accidently damaged our gutter, and Green Built fixed it for free. Not only did they make the situation right by fixing the gutter, they replaced all of our gutters so that everything matched! There is a difference between "getting the job done" and "doing the job well" and they got it down to a science.
